Comfort Suites Grand Prairie - Arlington North

God has been so good to us. For anyone who wants to know what the love and hospitality of Jesus Christ looks like it is at this hotel. My son and I are missionaries and we have been living out of our car as we trust the Lord to reveal his glory. Our secondary church home Inglewood Baptist Church based out of Grand Prairie Texas provided a place for us to just be with the Lord (visit Inglewood Baptist Church please if traveling in town and need a church service or home I highly Recommend Pastor Ricky and First Lady Lynda on on Carrier based out of Grand Prairie Texas….(there love for Gods people is unmatched) but anyway. Ms. Danyale has been nothing but a angel. Traveling and living in your car all I wanted to do was be with the Lord and just fix my hair. Ms.Danyale has been beyond superior. She asked us what we needed, informed us of everything we needed to know. Ministry is all over her and she sure has first lady of a church written all over her. Her consideration for others and the well being of the guest is truly amazing. I needed a flat iron to do my hair do you know she wrote on her hand to bring me a flat iron and then told me I could have it because she had extra one. It reminds me when John said if you have two Tunics to give one to your brother who may need it Luke 3:11. That is what she did for me. I saw more than hospitality representatives I saw a sister in Christ. That is what I love to see and Comfort Inn let me see that. Even when everything looks like life was falling apart for me trusting the Lord has never failed us. I am so grateful that I serve a God who loves this world so much he gave his one and only begotten son Jesus Christ to die for our sins and save us. I am so grateful because obedience to God looks crazy to people and when you spend your life dedicated to following Jesus you take some hard hits but, the Lord loved me and my son so much he led us to Comfort in after taking the beatings of the world for our faith and chose to repay in love and comfort and kindness through Inglewood Baptist Church, Mrs Danyale, at Comfort Inn, and to feel the love of God after facing the crushings and sometimes cruelties of the world. I wouldn’t trade the persecution for anything when I get to later experience the comfort of a kind loving father in heaven. It is my prayer that whoever gets to the end of this review chooses to follow Jesus so when its all said and done and you have fought the good fight, you have finished your race, that you get to experience the comfort and love of God and Jesus Christ in eternity. Comfort Inn- loving the missionaries of Jesus Christ after being beaten and persecuted in the world to spread the love of Christ to all who needs to experience his love in the visible form. Thank you Danyale for your love that is something you can’t pretend to have keep being an ambassador for Jesus Christ at Comfort Inn and everywhere you go! We love you and so does Jesus! Amen

I stay at this particular location annually for a routine business trip. The hotel is always clean and the staff friendly and courteous. I need to point out that the clerk who checked me in (a new employee) did a tremendous job of dealing with a difficult person ahead of me who was having a mild attitude issue due to a computer issue she had no control of. She did a great job of working her way through this. The manager on duty was also extremely helpful and very professional in nature. The following day, the night clerk, Mo, was also again extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back here again.

I'm writing this review after I checked in. It is a 10 out of 10 so far. And that's because of the outstanding customer service from both ladies. I called SEVERAL times this morning to speak with someone about the attempted charge at 4:00 AM. I wanted to assure Comfort Suites that I was indeed checking in but not until later in the afternoon. Nevertheless, no one answered my calls. I called a total of 5 times between 4:30 AM and 6:30 AM. That was very frustrating. I got a call later in the morning around 9:30 from the office to confirm reservation and charges. She was very helpful, understanding, and professional. The ladies are the best and so far everything is up to good standards. Not answering the phone when attempting to charge my card was my only issue.

This was my second time staying here, and each visit just keeps getting better! From the moment I walked in, Erica made the check-in process absolutely seamless. She’s professional, personable, and you can tell she’s truly passionate about what she does. Her knowledge and confidence show that she’s been in the hospitality industry for quite some time, and it really sets the tone for the entire stay. It’s rare to meet someone who can make you feel both valued and at home the way she does. Because of her, I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Erica the front desk clerk provided the greatest customer service we have ever had at a hotel! She has a cheerful attitude and went above and beyond to assist us with an issue we had in our room. My wife and I really felt like we were appreciated during our stay. I would recommend this hotel just on customer service alone.

Clean, safe and awesome team! I stay here 20 days out of the month! Only issue I have is with the black male manger, who never smiles and has a bad attitude towards everyone. Tried to handle a small issue and he took things too far. Definitely would recommend if passing through for a long time or short stay.

Great service, clean facility and super staff! Erika was very helpful in setting up my next two stays here. I commute every week from Houston and this hotel is the best I've found for the best price around. The breakfast offered is a step up from others I've tried in this area

My wife, and I stayed there for the Cowboys/ Eagles game. Upon check in we were greeted by the GM Ms. Betty who was so nice and had such a good vibe. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Everyone was so nice and helpful here. But the one employee that stood out the most was Mo. He was on top of it and went out of his way to help you with any questions, or if you needed anything with the room. Great customer service, good attitude hands down just a cool guy! Loved the location and lots of restaurants near by and super close to the stadium. We will definitely come back here next year. Thank you Mo for everything you definitely deserve a raise for all you do for that company.
